Refund policy

We always hope you love your items from Serene & Silk, but we understand sometimes things don't work out!

Online purchases will be eligible for store credit only. 


To be eligible for a return:
  • Returned item(s) must be in the same condition they were received. 
  • Returned item(s) must be unworn and unwashed.
  • No signs of make-up, smoke, perfume, sweat, pet hair on returned item(s).
  • No rips, tears or stains on returned item(s).
  • Tags must be attached to returned item(s).
  • Serene & Silk must receive the items within 14 days after the customer received the item to be accepted.
Non-returnable items

  • Hats
  • Accessories
  • Jewelry
  • Bodysuits
  • On-Sale Items 

How to return an item:
  • To start a return, you can contact us at sereneandsilk@gmail.com.
  • Please send a brief description on why you are returning your item. Once accepted, instructions and a address will be given to the customer via email. 
  • Please do not return an item without emailing us first. This makes the process for both parties easier and more efficient! 
  • Please do not ship back any item without the original packing slip. If you lose your packing slip, please write down your first and last name and order number and include it in your return. Without either of these items, we will not know who to issue the store credit to.
  • The customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
Exchanges:
We do not hold any items for customers who may need a different size. If you need a different size, we suggest promptly ordering the correct size that you need. We can then issue a refund for the original purchase once we receive it. 
When returning the original item, please make a note on your packing slip that you exchanged it for a different size and need a refund + include your newly placed order #. The newly placed order MUST be placed under the same name as the original purchase. We will then issue your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the return. If you do not leave a note on your packing slip, you will receive a store credit instead of a refund!
ALL exchanges must follow the same policies as normal returns (on time, perfect condition, etc.).




Damaged Items
Please make sure to inspect your item upon arrival. The customer will have 2 days after receiving their package to email us at sereneandsilk@gmail.com reporting the damaged item or it will not be accepted. Please include pictures of the damaged items in the email. If there are any signs of the item being worn or washed, items will not be accepted. Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, filters and camera lenses do not qualify an item as damaged.

If an item is returned and accepted, you will receive your store credit in form of a gift card via email in 3-5 business days after we receive your item(s).
